Minimum passenger numbers apply. The third person discount only applies to the same group booking (on helicopter flights only). Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age for flights with doors off is 12 years. No personal effects on doors off flights. Cameras with a wrist strap only permitted. 

For legal and safety reasons, all passengers are weighed prior to boarding – individual weights in excess of 110kg/250lb/18st may incur a surcharge. Luggage restrictions apply. Hamilton Island Air is a Civil Aviation Authority (CASA) certified carrier.
